More than 10 years ago we set up our NGO "Le Geste d’Amour", after the December 2004 tsunami in Indonesia where there were 240,000 victimes.To find out how to help the victims of this disastrous tsunami, we visited the place that was most affected in North Sumatra, Indonesia. Returning to France, after two weeks in North Sumatra,we were convinced of the need to help the tsunami victims in Sumatra.
Our goal is help children in Indonesia rebuild their lives by providing education, shelter, food and a family, until they are empowered and able to lead their own lives.
